About

St. Joseph, Missouri, United States / December 1, 2025

Incredible Faulk works through one continuous minute of dumbbell lateral raises in a purple-walled gym in St. Joseph, Missouri, belt cinched and headphones on, lifting a pair of 49.2-pound dumbbells out to his sides 48 times. Counting both dumbbells on every raise, that adds up to 4,723.2 pounds in sixty seconds. RecordSetter counted the raises in the unbroken video against the weight he reported. Lateral raises are usually a light finishing exercise for the shoulders, which makes nearly 50 pounds in each hand at this pace a serious grind.
