About

St. Joseph, Missouri, United States / December 2, 2025

A day after his 4,723.2-pound minute, Incredible Faulk went heavier in St. Joseph, Missouri, picking up a pair of dumbbells stamped 55 that weighed in at 54.4 and 55.8 pounds and raising them out to his sides 44 times in one minute. That adds up to 4,848.8 pounds, beating his own mark from the day before. RecordSetter counted all 44 raises in the continuous video, a screen recording of the clip he posted, which shows the 55 stamp on the dumbbells before he starts. Fewer reps with heavier iron turned out to be the winning trade.
