Dave Thompson and Matt Kelly ran towards each other for a combined distance of 4.2 kilometers (2.60 miles) before slapping a high five. They kept their high fiving hands raised in the air for the duration of the feat.

- both participants must keep active hand raised for duration of feat
- both participants must run or walk the entire distance
- no vehicles permitted
- no time requirements
