Longest Four-Finger Plank With 50 Pounds On Back

Darryl Learie performed a four-finger plank exercise without using his thumbs or pinkies and carrying 50 pounds of additional weight on his back. He remained balanced in position for 17.11 seconds.

- must perform plank on concrete or cement floor
- one sheet of sand paper taped to floor is allowed
- sand paper may not be folded upon itself
- thumbs, ring fingers and pinkies may not touch ground
- must observe RecordSetter balancing criteria for weights
