Darryl Learie performed a one-armed, one-thumb plank exercise without using his other fingers. He remained balanced in position on a piece of sandpaper for 18.75 seconds.

NOTE: This record can be dangerous. Please use proper safety precautions.

- may use only one arm
- may only touch floor with thumb
- must perform attempt on concrete or cement floor
- one sheet of sandpaper permitted for stabilization
- must provide video evidence

    gaahh. 3 Seconds needs to be longer to be totally awesome, but then when you try it, anything more than a second is super human... at least for me :) I can't get much more than 1 second yet but hopefully I'll be able to at least match this. Great job again Darryl, would love some more competition with these categories and see someone hold past 10 seconds then 1 minute etc :)
