Manuel H. lifted a 242-kilogram (533.51 pounds) stone to chest level.

- no assistance permitted
- stone must be lifted chest high for at least two seconds

    was this stone weighed? how big are you cause it looks small for a 533lb rock but you could be a big guy too:)

      I'd probably struggle on the stones being 5' 10" has advantages on bench leg press cause of very powerful center of gravity. but lifting stones up height wise is tough
