hi thnaks for your message, and sorry for replying late, I am in fever in past 3 days, and still continously trainiing, if I have to say very very very first time I discover about meis when I join the gym at the age of 16 years old. and ask the mangager over there that I want to become like arnold schwarzenegger he told me they are like all day long traiining in the gym. I felt that time its like more you train and more you grow. so I was traiining for 4 to 5 hours in the gym 6 days a week. the first thing I do in the gym is to complete 1000 dips then all the other exercises. and everyday same routine. and in the gym everybody gets shocked and keep telling me that I have the great stamina, but i did not grow much that time. but it was my desire and hungriness that time to be like arnold, and have no knowledge at all about the science of bodybuilidng, so now my desire is to become the world champion by making very tough and strong world records, and for that I am doing this, all, since I know about record setter everyday feels to me like a chance to make a world record
