About

Melbourne, Victoria, Australia / October 10, 2026

Matthew Brock stood at the zero end of a tape measure laid across his backyard lawn in Melbourne and, filmed from behind in one continuous take, sent a stream arcing out over the grass. He then walked out, planted a metal stake where it landed and brought the camera down to the tape, which shows the stake just past the 510 centimeter mark. The schoolyard contest finally has a tape measure.
