About

Edappatta, Melatture, Malappuram, Kerala, India / July 28, 2026

Atul Raj kicks up into a handstand against a wall in Malappuram, India, lifts one hand off the floor and grinds out seven straight push-ups on a single arm. His feet rest on the wall for balance while his free arm stays bent beside his head, and on every rep he lowers until his head meets a cushion before pressing back up. The single continuous phone clip shows the kick-up, all seven reps and the dismount. Handstand push-ups are hard on two arms; on one, they belong to a very small club.

Rules

- Start in a handstand with the feet against a wall; the wall may be used for balance only, not to take the body's weight
- Once the count begins, only one hand may touch the floor; the free arm may not touch the floor, the wall or the body for support
- Each rep lowers until the head touches the floor or a cushion, then presses back up until the supporting arm is straight
- Reps must be consecutive; coming down from the handstand or putting the free hand down ends the set
- Partial reps do not count
- Continuous, unedited video showing the full body for every rep
