Wow he is really pushing into each push-up, you don't usually see it being pushed quite that far. Makes it easily indisputable that they are full/complete. Again loving the competition and also non-English contribution :)

You did a great job! they aint the one doing them.

Thanks Peter, I was most happy for Mack Moore, I do think he's form was a tad sloppy (knee's bending, feet moving about, and but in the air). Please don't take offence Mack (I certainly would like to perfect my one-arm as well :) I'm not really big on knee bending - just because that's less distance for the person to dip down to the ground cause the knee hits the ground before the rest of the body, I also don't think the feet should shift around (I think they should stay in one place), and the elbow should bend to at least 90 deg. I know for myself this particulary exercise because of the shift from one-arm to the next it can be tricky to lock a good form on both left and right arm (this one really works my stomch and leaves me breathless) personally - I would like to pull my feet closer together (my own goal).

Good job Darryl. Hope you get more pushed from the competition :) What are your thoughts on form and criteria for "one arm push-ups"? Is there lenience or level of knee bend acceptable, how far down do you need to go for it to count? Also, you might be able to squeeze maybe one more in if you didn't count it out loud? :)

  • Australia Peter Craig

The form is definitely a little more "sloppy" but where do you draw can the line be drawn on form? I think it passes but recommending the form be improved for future attempts. Maybe Darryl could add his thoughts.

  • United States Simon Kirk

I feel like he was bending at the waist, which looks less legit.

Great job,Mack.. but your push-ups are not like Darryl's. Your knee bends on every single one..

  • Australia Peter Craig

you have to try this one to full appreciate the achievement. I like the creative category, I can't remember seeing "alternating push-ups" before. And I'm training to get this one, current my PB is 1!

    Nice work Darryl!
