      You can pull a weight upright row anywhere from your lower chest to chin level. I

      FYI a high pull/Upright row are exactly about the same Bro. On High pulls your arms are wide and your pulling weight up just like an upright row. Olympians do high pulls to improve their snatch.

      Mickey: A high pull or upright row are almost the same except on high pull you have a wide grip, some don't pull up high on high pulls tho
