People World Records  

As part of the "Dream Big - Read" summer reading program, members of Kasson Public Library gathered 14 people to make wishes by blowing loose eyelashes at once. Wishes varied from "having a million dollars" to "getting a bigger library".

As part of the "Dream Big - Read" summer reading program, members of Kasson Public Library gathered 15 people to simultaneously read "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?" by Bill Martin Jr. and Eric Carle.

Nathan Sukonik and 12,804 people gathered at Central Park in New York City armed with water guns and sprayed water to each other. They set the record to celebrate the start of summer season. Read more about the event here.

Alfonso Ribeiro led thousands of people in Universal CityWalk in Hollywood in performing the Carlton Dance. The flash mob included 6,601 dancers performing simultaneously in over 300 cities across the United States and Canada. They set the record to promote the Body by Vi Challenge, America's fastest growing weight loss and fitness challenge. Read more about the feat here. Pete Moyer led 72 members of Zion Lutheran Church in saying "Happy Mother's Day" at once.

Amy Wendorf's friends ate an eight-foot ice cream sundae in three minutes, 52.80 seconds. NOTE: Speed eating can be dangerous. Please use caution when making an attempt.

Alex Koren and two of his friends juggled while forming a pyramid. The record was set at an event in the Dube Juggling showroom in New York City.

Pete Moyer led 40 members of Hillsboro Presbyterian Church in saying "I love my mom!". They set the record during their annual mother-child banquet in celebration of Mother's Day.

Kevin Marcus led 30 people to fit inside a Ford F150 truck.

Dan Clancey and 12 members of his group wore "Dance With Me" t-shirts while dancing.

Lindsey Hajduk coordinated with the Alaska Wilderness League, Center for Biological Diversity, Endangered Species Coalition and Sierra Club in gathering the largest group of people dressed as polar bears while dancing in 24 hours. A total of 391 people across the United States participated. They set the record to raise awareness against offshore drilling, for protecting the Arctic region and in celebration of RecordSetter World Record Day. Noah Riffe led 15 people in balancing on one foot for 30 seconds. They set the record to celebrate RecordSetter World Record Day. #WorldRecordDay2012

Jessi Arrington led 179 people together to form the world's largest rainbow parade, which marched across the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City. The record was set as part of RecordSetter World Record Day and was adjudicated by RecordSetter officials Dan Rollman and Emily Miethner. #WorldRecordDay2012

Joel MacNeil and two of his friends ate Schneider Lunch Mate Stackers on New Year's eve.

Art Hoffman filmed 52 people with six-pack abs in a hotel ballroom. The record was part of NPC Fitness and Physique Champions and in celebration of RecordSetter World Record Day. #WorldRecordDay2012

Stephanie Martoccio led 16 people in popping water bottle lids. They set the record as part of the College of Lake County Social Action Club's World Record Day fundraiser for the Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center in Gurnee, Illinois. #WorldRecordDay2012
