    That's power! Watching someone do so many reps of incline dumbbell flyes in a minute is just mind-blowing. You can really see not only strength, but also endurance, movement control, and breathing. I try to include this exercise in my chest workouts, and it always feels different than bench presses. The main thing, as I've learned from experience, is proper technique and stability, not just weight.
