Spain

About

Ayamonte , Andalusia, Spain / October 28, 2026

Jose Manuel Martin Molina lies on the floor at home in Ayamonte, Spain, anchors his hands behind his head and swings his straight body up onto his shoulders. He then lowers it toward the floor slowly, about 10 seconds or more on every descent as the cadence test requires, and pulls back up to the top before starting the next one. RecordSetter timed each descent frame by frame in the single continuous take and counted seven full reps. In a cadence test, slow is the hard part.

That's an impressive feat by Alicia Weber! It's amazing how dedication and practice can lead to such accomplishments. Just like mastering a programming language or a challenging workout, it's all about pushing through the initial struggles. You know, seeing this reminds me of something... I remember back in college, trying to learn a new programming language. It felt impossible at first, I was making all sort of error while playing the Slither io game. Perserverance paid off, though, just like this feat of fitness.
