Mick Bourke performed a plank exercise using his left elbow. He performed the exercise while balancing 25 pounds of additional weight on his back and remained balanced in position for 52.90 seconds.

- must loop rope/string around feet so feet remain less than two feet apart
- free hand must be behind back and above the belt/waist line
- must remain balanced on just one elbow and feet
- must attempt record on a concrete surface
- may use one sheet of sandpaper per hand for stabilization
- must show proof of weight
- must observe RecordSetter balancing criteria for weights
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
