DENIED: Does not follow rule of "card must be chosen randomly by either a spectator or can be drawn out of hat bag if there are no spectators present"

- must use a shuffled deck of standard-size playing cards
- card must be chosen randomly by either a spectator or can be drawn out of hat bag if there are no spectators present
- timing starts once the performer picks up the 21-card packet
- timing stops once the performer reveals the chosen card
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence

      The volunteer from the audience is a longtime friend (a retired university math professor who's mentored me intellectually and spiritually since before my teenage years, actually). My father isn't in the video. I'm sure he'd be flattered to know that our relationship is comparable to that between a father and son, though! ;)
