Doug McManaman balanced one large penny vertically on top of another large penny.

- must use pennies at least 1.18 inches in diameter
- must balance pennies vertically on top of a horizontal penny
- all vertical pennies must directly touch the horizontal penny
- no adhesives or external support allowed
- may not alter or flatten shape of penny
- pennies must remain balanced vertically for at least 10 seconds
- must observe RecordSetter balancing criteria
- must provide video evidence
