Just had a rule related question. I'm sure you must be standing in the attempt... just double checking cause it does not actually say whether you can stand or sit duration of the attempt.....

THIS IS A GOOD RECORD FOR ATHLETES OVER 200 POUNDS THOMMY. YOU SHOULD START TAKING ON CHALLENGES FOR ATHLETES YOUR OWN WEIGHT DIVISION.

William, this is an open category. The title of the record states either a certain category (age or weight), or open for all. This one is open for all.

This attempt should not have been approved. I forgot that the back must touch the wall throughout the lift. I will be back with a correct lift shortly.

RULES FOR THE FORWARD HOLD PAVOL: HEELS SHOULD BE TOUCHING WALL, SHOULDERS SHOULD BE TOUCHING WALL, ARMS STRAIGHT AT ALL TIMES, FEET SHOULD BE SHOULDER WIDTH APART, ARMS AND ELBOWS IN LINE WITH SHOULDERS AT ALL TIMES. (YOUR RULES CHANGE EVERY TIME). IF YOU TAKE THESE RULES ON BOARD YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HOLD ANY MORE THAN 5 - 10 SECONDS.

Pavol has lost the identity of the forward hold. He has broken all the rules related to the forward hold in his quest for victory.

Pavol you have to look at the original world record and you will see that Clint does not drop his elbows below his shoulders.

  • Scotland Maisie Cannon

"Well done Clint." Not be long before Pavol adjusts this world record again to seek an advantage.

  • Scotland William Cannon

    "GREAT FORWARD HOLD CLINT".
