Sorry for the disappointment everyone, the recordsetter company decided to just pick a winner at random. Thank you to everyone who voted for my record. Even though the number of votes didn't mean anything to the recordsetter company and site, it meant a lot to me that you voted for me. Always thought fine print lived at used car dealers. :)

Hey Todd. Congrats on being in the top 3. To clarify, the votes did mean something...as we chose the winner from the top 3 records with the most votes. That way those in the top 3 have a 1 in 3 chance of winning. I sent you an email, let us know what wording was unclear and we'll take that into the account for the future. We don't want anything to be unclear.

Thanks again for submitting an awesome record!

Just seemed a bit odd to take the "top 3" and then pick by the winner by "random." If it's a contest and there is a goal, there should be nothing "random" about the deciding result. Again, these are just my thoughts if you have another "random contest". Also I thought it was strange that you didn't make it so that the contest reflected the company that is sponsoring it. Seems like that is how it should work.

I saw people playing with one of these Waboba balls at the beach this summer. I have to get one. Awesome catch!

Is the ball named Waboba or is that the company that makes it?

Just realized everything going on in the video. People here and there, and then oh, "you want a rad catch with some difficulty and distance.... Here-ya go. Pretty Slick

My Waboba balls don't bounce like that but I did use the ones I have for another record I just done.

  • The Internet Steph

I need to find one of those balls.

THAT.... is pretty impressive. Not to mention, all done over and around little kids and people. A +
