Darryl Learie performed a plank exercise on two 25-pound weights with his arms fully extended for 38.56 seconds. He performed the exercise while carrying an additional 10 pounds of weight on his back.

- legs must be crossed
- must balance 10-pound weight on back without backpack
- must grip two 25-pound steel weights
- arms must remain extended throughout exercise
- must remain balanced in position for duration of the exercise
