Andreas W. performed a dual rope climb in 17.76 seconds.

- must attach two 14-foot long ropes to the ceiling at least five feet apart
- must sit on the floor grabbing one rope in each hand
- must climb ropes without using legs for assistance
- must climb up the rope and invert at the top touching the ceiling with both feet
- timing stops when feet touch the ground
- may not slide on the rope
- must provide video evidence

      I made it up. We have three at the gym and I wanted to see if I could go up two. We always touch the beam on rope climbs so I thought, I wonder if I can invert and kick it.
