- must wear 5-pound weights on both ankles
- must perform exercise as demonstrated in the original video
- must use steel straight bar
- must keep flexed 90-degree hang with pull-up (palm away grip) for duration of attempt
- may not swing legs
- must start with legs straight hanging down, lift them up and push them out, then bring them in
- must provide video evidence
