Just for clarification this is 107 lbs and Jason is using an EZ Curl Bar. A more appropriate title suggestion ..... Most Consecutive Arm Curls Using A 107-Pound EZ Curl Barbell

Strict form arm curl. Exactly the title

Title is adjusted. A couple other things:

      1. What's the definition of "consecutive"? How about, say, "may not pause for more than five seconds between each curl"?

      2. For future videos, I encourage you not to start the camera so early. Our most popular videos have action starting immediately. This takes over 30 seconds to start.

Dan I believe the term strict form is an overstatement. Strict form implies a full range of motion, the lift begins with a bent elbow and as for consecutive, Your definition of consecutive, being not pausing for more than 5 seconds is good idea.

To clarify, strict form would mean returning to a straight arm position before each curl, the lifter simply lowers that arm to slightly more than 90 degrees and curls. He does demonstrate that he can lower each rep to a straight arm position when he pauses, but to do so on each rep would remove the momentum built by just lowering the arms to slightly below 90 degrees.

I'll just cut the video down Dan. I can adjust the length.

I didn't lower the weight just barely below 90 either, it was but a slight bend. Pause doesn't matter as long as lifter is holding onto the weight. The lift limits back swing.
