The title to this record should also say.....ON A SMITH MACINE

So to clarify a more appropriate title would be .... MOST DECLINE BENCH PRSS REPS WITH A 315-POUND BARBELL ON A SMITH MACHINE

    • United States Jason A Faulkner

Its suppose to. I get maybe 40 on free weight. still damn good though

    • Philippines MaAnn P.

Hey guys, I added the rule. Thanks for clarifying.

    • The Internet adam

its not 315!!!!!! its about 270. and he did about...0 real reps

    • United States Jason A Faulkner

Touched chest an locked every rep. I'm a lil under 5' 10" with a 57" chest. I don't have long arms and have to go that far.

    • The Internet adam

You still arent understanding that the bar on a smiths machine doesnt weigh anything! That means that its 45lbs less than a free weight movement

    • United States Jason A Faulkner

      smith machine bars are 45
