    No reps... !

just redo the record ass to grass so nobody can talk shit, and throw a couple 1.25 lb plates on so it's 407.5 lbs and you'll have the record, because it will be a weight that nobody has squatted before. Just make sure nobody challenges it and you'll have the record lol.

  • The Internet adam

again....you did 0 real reps...just like all your "records"

  • The Internet Ronnie Pryor

C'mon bro? Your obviously a strong dude but there is absolutely no way those squats would count for anything by anyone who has ever been an official judge of a squat in any serious venue... You don't have to go past 90 but 45?? Cmon dude!.....and your hips don't even get close to fully extended...You might have covered maybe 30 total degrees on any of those squats which makes the lift absolutely pointless and I hate to tell chief your treading on douchie waters. I have friends who max out at 315lbs but have a pretty good shot of doing 500lbs if they follow those ROM guidelines for the squat

30 Degrees would be lke a 3 Inch ROM Ronnie. LOL Tell ya what post some squat videos & do some Records for Women for us Ronnie

    • The Internet Mickey

Oh no Mr. Faulkner is starting to get upset that everyone is commenting on his form. Take it easy on him. But seriously man if it's more than one person just look into what we are saying. What's the worst that can happen?
