Bill Clark tore seven license plates in half with his bare hands in 31.85 seconds while holding a 245-pound barbell on his shoulders. He set the record on Mirabito Baseball Stadium following a Binghamton Mets/NY Mets affiliate professional baseball game as a charity event.

- barbell must be brought to the record setter's shoulders on his own accord and with no hand straps for assistance
- once the barbell has successfully been brought to the shoulders, a helper may hand the standard license plates to the record setter one at a time
- timing starts when record setter starts to tear the first license plate
- timing stops after the record setter tore the 7th license plate
- must provide video evidence
