Doug McManaman assembled a ketchup packet tower on a hockey puck reaching nine packets in height.

- tower may not rest on table or object
- must place two pennies underneath the hockey puck to prevent it from rolling
- hockey puck must be in an upright position
- must stack packets one at a time
- no adhesives are permitted
- tower must stay upright for at least three seconds
- must observe RecordSetter balancing criteria
- must provide video evidence
