About

Beihu-Chenzhou-Hunan, SAR, China / October 19, 2026

Yanhao Deng of Chenzhou, Hunan, stacked five plastic bottle caps upside down into a freestanding column in 3.15 seconds using only one hand. The caps start in a row on a desk in front of a phone stopwatch, and the same right hand starts the clock, sets each cap open side up on the one below, and stops the clock once the fifth is on top. RecordSetter read 00:03.15 on the stopwatch close-up, checked that the other hand never enters the shot, and watched the column stand on its own until the clip ends. Five caps, wrong way up, one hand.
