FAILED: Does not beat current record.

- each tier must be square
- each tier must be smaller than tier below it
- must use 16-ounce red Solo Cups
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence

    Wait, wait, wait... If you have a base that's 20x20, you would have a total of 2,868 cups. In order to get at least 3,311 cups, you would need a base that's 22x22, but that would give you 3,693 cups (a 21x21 would give you 3209, not enough). I think we have some faulty information on our hands.
