Dinesh this is awesome - perhaps you guys could beat my record on purchases with a credit card. I tried doing this when I was traveling in India and Africa but was unable to find a place that would take a credit card for such a small amount.
David, thanks for comment & suggestion. From very first day of your suggested record i.e. almost 2 year before I am trying to beat this record of ‘Cheapest Purchase Made With A Credit Card’ but not getting desire success. This record is already in my hit-list. Now after your comment I will definitely try to break this record.
I wrote a cheque of amount 00.01 IndianRupee(00.000212 USD) only as a token of love to my brother in favour of his company “Unimax facility management services “on 24/05/2010. On 26/05/2010, this cheque amt. was transfered to Manish’s Indian Bank’s (Mumbai branch) current account.
According to me it is the smallest money transfer from one bank to another through cheque. And also it is the smallest money donation ever given to any person/ organization through cheque.

Was this check cashed? I think we should add criteria that stipulates cashing the check is essential. Otherwise it becomes a game of who can fit the most zeroes on a check.
On today's date (July 26, 2010), 0.000212 USD, which translates to 0.0212 cents.
How much is that in US dollars?
