United States Rob Birdsong

Manhattan, New York, United States / May 20, 2009

Rob Birdsong removed a cork from an empty bottle of wine using just a napkin in four minutes and 58.26 seconds, a new world record. Birdsong set the record on May 20, 2009 at a World Record Appreciation Society[] event in New York City. He used a bottle of 2008 Smoking Loon[] Pinot Noir. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were present as witnesses.
