Helen Cetjan laced a Saucony sneaker in 21.25 seconds, a world record. Timing began when she started lacing and finished when she’d successfully crisscrossed the lace through all the holes.

Cetjan achieved the feat on July 19, 2009 at the Pitchfork Music Festival[] in Chicago, Illinois. Representatives from RecordSetter.com were present to document the record.
