Alicia Weber performed five L-position ring dips in one minute with five-pound ankle weights on both of her legs.

- reps must be consecutive
- must hold rings with palms facing inwards and arms close to body
- must keep legs together and straight out
- must keep legs parallel to the ground during entire attempt
-  arms must bend breaking 90 degrees and return to full extension
- must wear five-pound ankle weights on both ankles
- must provide video evidence
