Keep up the awesome work though your cool bud, keep lifting and stay very strong!!!

What you might want to do is create your own record in a different area and tile it heaviest deadlift at athlete under 125 lbs raw but in your rules chalk and straps are allowed

  • The Internet Abel Duron

that cool man, I believe you and I know your very strong, I know there 100% raw in a raw lift But in this video I specified clearly no straps or chalk in the rules meaning total strength in this attempt. I train with no gear at all. Meaning seeing how much you can actually handle by yourself

I appreciate the kind words man, you training without chalk is just hurting you. If you have any ambitions to compete I would strongly recommend starting to use chalk because it will be legal in all raw meets.

thanks man, you know I will actually give them a try as long as it doesn't affect my grip strength as I get stronger with them. Does it allow to add more weight at all? Never used them so I wanted to know from your experience ?

    • The Internet Nick Gilmore

I don't think it helps add a substantial amount of weight but it will definitely help grip the bar, which in turn allows a low amount of weight to be added.

Hey Nick How are you? Will this means is 100% pure all raw strength meaning no gear or others at ALL for assistance

    • The Internet Nick Gilmore

Im doing well thank you. I am just saying that using chalk is not considered gear. I have competed and I am the Ohio State Champion. Chalk is allowed at any raw meet.

    This Is 100% Pure Raw
