      Kind of have to agree with him{except for the fat part} your in the gym that says a lot rather than some butt-heads who run their mouth and don't train but dude I like your guys decline bench the one we have is designed all messed up at our gym the pegs stick way out you have to lift really controlled or you will hit them.

      5' 10" and 313 don't have that much ROM. Chest is 57 inches. being 5' 10 is a big advantage.
