- squats must break parallel and return to extension with arms held out
- run must be on cross country surface
- must run 400 meters and then do 100 deep squats for four times total

    i would prefer to do the squats at once then do the running, this way wouldn't harm the legs with over extention trying to cut time so either the move will be incomplete or u will risk injury.
