Most Consecutive Ring Dips With 40% Of One's Body Weight Held Between Legs While Balancing An Egg On A Spoon In Mouth

Alicia Weber performed four ring dips with 40% of her own body weight held between her legs while balancing an egg on a spoon held in her mouth.

- must use raw egg
- egg must remain balanced on spoon in mouth throughout duration of attempt
- must observe RecordSetter balancing criteria for egg
- reps must be consecutive
- must hold rings with palms facing inward and arms close to body
- arms must bend breaking 90 degrees and return to full extension for each rep
- must use weighted backpack 40% of record setter's total weight
- backpack must be held between legs
- must show body weight and backpack weight on video
- must provide video evidence

    record setter the egg in all this raw eggw video of alicia is stuck in the spoon and we never see alicia take the egg from there the only video we saw that in the beggining and then the video was edited have to rremove records like that is not fair for anyone to try to break this

    Thanks Dan! I weigh in after the feat. My weigh in video starts 54 secs. I show my body weight in Kg.. I am 51 kg (113 lbs) and backpack is 20.2 kg (45lbs), which comes to 40% of my bodyweight.

    Alicia, how do we know it was 40% of body weight? If one wants to beat you, how can they make such a measurement? (PS Awesome feat.)

    Yes, the egg throws in an another element of muscular control and balance in with exercise making it more isometric, but still repetitive. So, yes, it becomes more challenging. I was inspired to add the egg into exercise from Darryl Learrie - He made raw egg famous with his one arm pushups on raw egg, which earned him honorable mention on Recordsetter for 2011!
