    Nikki - exactly like Peter said. You can't have the pvc roll on carpet or grass because it will slow it down making it easier but I put a board under the pvc which is a hard surface. As long as you have the pvc pipe roll on the board under it on a smooth hard surface it is ok.

    It's a painted wood board I assume which is ok on carpet or grass. As long as the tube rolls on the board it's ok

    Brian: are you using a rug or carpet in that attempt? cause in the criteria it says "must perform on hard surface, no carpet or rug".. just a thought....thanks!
