Raz, a border collie, waits on a backyard deck in Melbourne, Australia, with a tennis ball in his mouth as a red Australian rules football sails in from off camera. He rears up on his hind legs and traps the oval ball against his chest with both front paws before it touches the ground, the clean catch Aussie rules players call a mark, and keeps hold of it as he drops back to the deck. Checked frame by frame, the video shows the tennis ball staying in his mouth throughout, so the catch was made with paws alone. Some dogs bring one ball to the game; Raz brings two.
