Doug McManaman balanced a 1.5 liter bottle on his left hand for 22 minutes, 1.40 seconds.

- must use a 1.5-liter glass bottle
- bottle must be filled with liquid
- must fully stretch non-dominant hand during the entire attempt
- no outside support permitted
- must observe RecordSetter balancing criteria
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
