Hey Clint, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Ashrita Furman claims to have done 44 in a minute. I'd love to see if you can beat that and it sounds like it's also a Guinness Record!

Pete I appreciate the comment. I had someone recently post a similiar comment about a Bench Press record, so I guess I need to respond. I am thrilled that others have broken more apples or benched 225 more times, but they never submitted it to RecordSetter. RecordSetter is the by far the best sanctioning body of World Records, all you have to do is submit the record by video. Let me give you an example, I have been lifting and competing for over 26 years and I always appreciate it when someone asks how musch I can lift. BUT almost everytime that someone asks, they always tell you how they have this cousin or know someone who has lifted more, BUT amazingly there is NEVER any evidence. Plus the cousin is always someone who used to lift. My thoughts are if they have not taken time to submit their acheivement to RecordSetter, then it is only idle talk. I hope Mr Ashrita does submit the record and break it, but I am not gonna hold my breath. In my opinion, RECORDSETTER is by far the most legitimate Home of WORLD RECORDS. The Rest come across as Ponzi Schemes, that includes the beer company name. I hope that doesnt sound harsh. Have a Great Day!
