Watts created a live, looping multi-track vocal beat using only his mouth before he began the sayings. Todd DeFazio sang Happy Birthday to You four times in one minute while doing jumping jacks and dressed as Marilyn Monroe. He performed the feat live on-air during the Star 100.7 Morning Show.
