People World Records  

2,457 people at the 36th Annual John's Pass Seafood Festival in Madeira Beach, Florida toast their Bloody Mary cocktails. This is their third year toasting for American Heart Association. The festival organizers selected the American Heart Association, Lupus Foundation, and Fisherman Lost at Sea as their beneficiaries. In addition, they gave back to their local schools and their culinary programs, Junior Chef Challenge.

At the PepsiCo Digital Summit, 99 attendees grouped together and created the world's largest business card exchange circle. Every person in the group passed their business card to the person on their left. The record was officiated by RecordSetter CEO Dan Rollman. #digitalfuture

At the 2015 VidCon Prom, 2,047 members of the YouTube community created the Largest Cellphone Wave, a RecordSetter.com World Record. Participants turned on their phone flashlights and created a wave of light motion back and forth across the floor of the Anaheim Convention Center Arena. At the Zappos.com Bay to Breakers road race in San Francisco, California, 64 people set a world record for Largest Chinese Finger Trap Circle. The record was one of 40 set that day, allowing the race to set an additional record for “Most World Records Set at a Road Race.” See all 40 records at RecordSetter.com/Zappos.

Jordan and 14 of her classmates formed a classroom band. Each contributor used classroom items to play their part in their debut song.

As part of the kickoff for Paramore's "Ain't It Fun" world record video, Dan Parrott, Amy Zaglauer, Katie Baloian, Tiffany Provenzano, Danielle Geiger of Fueled By Ramen and Jeremy Davis of Paramore set a record for Largest Comb Circle In An Office. RecordSetter official Dan Rollman was present to officiate the attempt while Paramore and others from the label cheered the participants on. Led by Jackson Bloomer, 113 people formed a high five chain circle, each person high fiving the next. The attempt lasted for two minutes.

This year’s Social Good Summit sparked a record-setting global conversation on using social media and technology for good. The summit united people participating online and in-person in nearly 300 cities, including New York, Beijing, and Nairobi, around one goal: unlocking the potential of social media and technology to make the world a better place. The gathering took place as world leaders gathered to kick-off the UN General Assembly, opening the dialogue about world issues and challenges to a global constituency They set the record during the Social Good Summit 2012, a three-day conference about new ideas and innovative solutions, in New York City. Groupon Japan and the Japan Dog Yoga Society organized a dog yoga event participated by 136 dogs and their owners. The event was led by Society founder, Ms. Noriko Onuma. They set the record at Toshimaen Theme Park in Tokyo to celebrate their annual family week. Read more about the feat here.

As part of a Chef Michael's world record event held at PetFest in Bridgehampton, New York, 224 people gathered and set a new world record for Largest Dog-Friendly Communal Dining Experience. A total of 36,001 students participated in a one-day drawing contest. The record was set at ClinicPlus Gateway 2013 organized by Surf Excel and Elite Circle at Codissia Trade Fair Complex in Tamil Nadu, India.

Group members from Rotary Club of Tirupur Pride and AVP Trust Educational Institutions Tirupur created a painting using their fingers. The painting measured 64 meters in length and 64 meters in width.

A group of students from SPK Schools in Namakkal, India created a footprint painting measuring 30 meters wide and 30 meters long. Dr. S.Prabu Kumar, chairman of the school institution, organized the record.

Jason T. led 386 people from Camps 'R' Us, including campers and staff, in a game of Knockout. They set the record to raise money for the American Cancer Society.
