Using a crowdful of volunteers to help him, Opus Moreschi had Post-It notes with a total of 356 unique adjectives written on them attached to his body. The most popular adjective attached was “douchey”, though duplicates weren’t counted. Moreschi set the record at a World Record Appreciation Society event held at Joe’s Pub in New York City. Stephen Phillips completed 50 consecutive push-ups while blowing a party horn during each push-up. The record was set at the Metropolis Fremantle nightclub during the World’s Largest Pajama Party in Perth, Australia. Dan Rollman was present to document the record. #PP01

Barbara Rollman completed 25 hip swings in 30 seconds, a new world record. She achieved the feat on a Deniz Sport Pedalli Esnemi Aleti hip swinger. Rollman set her record on March 19, 2009 at Konyaalti Beach in Antalya, Turkey. Her husband Gary was present to document the feat.

Ian Kalman displayed contempt for his fellow man when he insulted 15 people in one minute, a new world record. He fired insults at a line of volunteers, choosing to pass on only one. Kalman set the record on February 17, 2009 at a World Record Appreciation Society[] event at the Hemlock Tavern in San Francisco, California. Jerry Paffendorf destroys $72 American dollars with the express purpose of reselling it for more, a new world record. He began shredding the bills with a blender, but ultimately resorted to ripping the bills by hand. Paffendorf now plans to sell the creation as an artwork on eBay, with a starting price of $73. BeatboxerAdam Matta delivered 17 different vocal instruments in a 4-beat measure, a new world record. The tempo of the performance was approximately 86 BPM. Matta performed the feat at a World Record Appreciation Society event in New York City on February 11, 2009. It took place at Pianos, a Lower East Side bar. Matt Vescovo displays a tremendous penchant for animal flirtation by delivering 10 non-nut sexual innuendos to a squirrel in one minute, a new world record. He began an 11th (“Can I enter your treehole?”), but was unable to complete it within the alloted time. Vescovo wooed the squirrel with such lines as “I’ve got a wonderful place for you to hibernate” and “I’d like to become one with nature.” He performed the feat at a World Record Appreciation Society event held in New York City on February 11, 2009.
