Adam Pollock spelled out “I (Heart) PICKLED HERRING” with pickled
herring and ate it in three minutes, 33.81 seconds. Timing began when he
started spelling, and stopped when he’d finished eating. Herring for the
record was donated by Russ amp; Daughters.
Pollock achieved the feat on August 12, 2009 at a World Record
Appreciation society event in New York City. Dan Rollman and Corey
Henderson were present as witnesses.

John Chlarson caught a 21-pound carp using a Pen Fishing Rod. The
fishing rod has telescoping reel that begins at 8 inches in length, but
extends to 30 inches when in use.The fish itself measures 30 inches in
length and has a 24 inch girth.
Carl Thomas Patrick caught a 31-pound, 39-inch Blue Catfish on July
30th; Andrew Thomas Pelphrey was named after him.
Andy Pelphrey caught a Blacknose Dace weighing 3.63 grams.
Andy Pelphrey caught a Bluntnose Minnow weighing 4.54 grams.
Andy Pelphrey caught a Striped Shiner weighing 36.29 grams.
Jess C. dipped two fish in a pan filled with boiling cooking oil and flipped them over using only his hands.
Lily D. drew 48 fish in one minute.
Twisted Enemy named 69 fishes in a 30-second rap song.
Andy Pelphrey named 13 freshwater fish species in 10 seconds.
Steve Fester chicken pecked 50 goldfish crackers off a table in one
minute. Goldfish that fell on the ground were not counted.
Andy Pelphrey inserted four golf balls into a mounted largemouth
5smashley5 stacked five hats on a taxidermied fish's head in 30 seconds.
Todd Lamb won back the title in a category he originally created by
looking at 60 images of fish sandwiches in one minute, a new world
record. His performace broke the previous record of 57 held by 91X
Morning Show radio DJ Carlos Montoya.
Lamb was aided by his assistant Marcus Livesay, who prepared by
donning surgical gloves and chugging a Jolt. The feat was achieved
at a World Record Appreciation Society event on February 11, 2009 in
