About

FORT LUPTON, Colorado, United States / October 29, 2026

Michael Benavides of Fort Lupton, Colorado wore a red tear-away Tyvek concert wristband for 89 days from August 1, 2026, stacking five more bands from later shows beside it on the same wrist, all without glue or tape. His October 29 close-up photos show all six side by side, with serial numbers readable on the cherry, green splatter, lime green and yellow bands, the red and orange originals worn thin, and the red band's outer layer peeled into a loose flap while its loop stays closed. RecordSetter checked those dated photos against his earlier check-ins, which include setlists from the opening shows and close-up video from earlier in the streak. Not bad for a band built to last one night.
