Vladislav Kuznetsov punched a speed bag for 3 minutes, 41 seconds while balancing on one foot and holding his raised leg with one arm in Staten Island, New York. The attempt turns a speed-bag rhythm drill into a balance-control challenge: one hand keeps the leg up, the other keeps the bag moving, and the timer runs until either the strikes or the stance breaks.
