Brian Pankey completed 87 consecutive patterns while performing a three-ball Mills Mess juggling pattern in one minute. He completed a total of 90 patterns but the last three attempts did not fall inside the one-minute mark.

- may use any size balls
- must perform patterns within the one-minute mark
- may not drop balls
- patterns must be consecutive
- must juggle in a Mills Mess pattern as per the original record setter
