- may only use a palm away (pull-up) grip
- arms must begin in full extension and end one to three inches from bar
- reps must be consecutive
- reps must be performed within a maximum of 10 seconds of each other
- legs must remain straight
- only heels may touch the ground
- bar must be less than 30 inches off the ground
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
