NOTE: Holding your breath underwater is dangerous. Minors may not attempt this record. Have trained medical supervision on hand during attempt.

- must keep head underwater for entire feat
- may not pause to take in additional oxygen during attempt
- may not use any type of underwater breathing apparatus
- no assistance from others permitted
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
